RedPen ("the Service") is an AI-powered editorial feedback tool operated by Aikin B.V. ("we", "us", "our"). The Service provides automated editorial analysis of written content including structure, clarity, tone, and persuasion feedback.
You must provide a valid email address to use the Service. Accounts are for personal, individual use only. You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access the Service through your account.
New users receive 2 free analyses. After the free trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Service.
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
The Service is intended for personal editorial feedback on your own writing. To ensure quality and availability for all users, the following fair use limits apply:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that exceed these limits or use the Service in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.
You retain all rights to content you submit to the Service. We do not claim ownership of your writing. Content you submit is processed by AI to generate feedback and is not stored beyond the duration of your session. We do not use your content to train AI models.
Feedback provided by the Service is generated by artificial intelligence and is offered as suggestions only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any feedback. You are responsible for all editorial decisions regarding your content.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
